PowerGui Newby.. Trying to either export or merge a mailbox into another

Running Exch07 on Serv 2008 AD. I need to either export a user's full mailbox and then merge it into the new user account.

Not sure about how the parameters should look in PowerGui if I want to get all folders and messages to merge into the new mailbox without deleting any of the new user's current mail.

In a nutshell:

Export-Mailbox -Identity john@contoso.com -TargetMailbox ExportMailbox

Take a look at Export-Mailbox help.
