Copy and re-order Nodes

Hi, whilst recently creating a PowerPack it would have been useful to right click a node and create a copy including icons and code as most of my code is based around the same fundamentals it would give me a great starting block for each node rather than having to create them manually.

Also as I add more and more nodes I was wondering if there could be a way to set the order of the nodes, this would be a simple move up/move down type thing so i don't have to drop each one in turn into back into the folders to get them in the correct order.

Just my views, hopefully others will share them !

Alan

Hi,
How I can add something - you wrote it all :)

I have the same "problem" as Alan - during PowerPack creation it's useful when you can simply move nodes to have correct order. Also possibility of copying nodes can be very useful because when code is similar to existing node current copy process is long.

Thanks,
David

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I have added your requests to the database: CR2904 - reorder nodes in the Navigation tree & CR2905 copy/paste node to a new location in the tree

By the way you have the ability to reorder nodes in tree (however it is quite unusable but may work as a temporary workaround   ).

Just select a node and try to move it (drag & drop) to its parent node. The node will be moved to the end of the list. That's it. Moving all nodes this way you may reorder them as you like
